Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. All orders must be inspected upon receiving. Unfortunately, after the 10 days has elapsed we will be unable to offer you store credit or an exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the store credit applied to your account minus a 15% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
